Prepare a deletion request
This public form opens an email addressed to our support team. Nothing is sent until you review and send it.
Delete your account in the app
- Open ApredIA and sign in.
- Go to Profile and find the Account section.
- Select Delete account.
- Verify your identity again with your password, Google, or Apple, depending on your account method.
- Confirm Delete permanently. The account, sessions, and associated product data are deleted; this cannot be undone.
Request deletion if you cannot sign in
Email [email protected] from the associated address with the subject “Account deletion.” You do not need to sign in to view these instructions. We may request reasonable verification to protect the account.
After verifying the request, we will apply the deletion process and schedule in effect at launch, subject to records we must retain by law.
Data ApredIA deletes
- Authentication user, linked identities, profile, name, email, roles, and preferences.
- Exam access, AI Tutor conversations and messages, and other personal data not subject to retention.
- The available balance and personal identifiers linked to the wallet. Immutable financial facts, such as ledger entries, purchases, unlocks, and earnings, retain only an opaque identity when they must be kept for legal, accounting, or audit obligations.
- Content from invited creators is governed by their separate agreement.
External Apple and Google records
Apple App Store and Google Play process purchases and keep their own receipts, transactions, and account records under their policies and obligations. ApredIA does not control those external records and cannot delete them from the app.
Deleting the ApredIA account does not automatically cancel or refund an Apple or Google purchase. Manage a refund or store data directly with the applicable store.
Before deleting
Deletion is irreversible. You will lose access to credit balances, unlocked exams, and chat history.
If you used Apple or Google to sign in, you may also revoke ApredIA access in that provider’s settings.
