Account and Data Deletion

Delete your account in the app

• Open ApredIA and sign in.
• Go to Profile and find the Account section.
• Select Delete account.
• Verify your identity again with your password, Google, Facebook, or Apple, depending on your account method.
• Confirm Delete permanently. The account, sessions, and associated product data are deleted; this cannot be undone.

Request deletion if you cannot sign in

Email [email protected] from the associated address with the subject “Account deletion.” You do not need to sign in to view these instructions. We may request reasonable verification to protect the account.

After verification, we will delete the account and its product data normally within 30 days.

Data ApredIA deletes

• Authentication user, linked identities, profile, name, email, roles, and preferences.
• Exam selections, learning activity, access, unlocks, AI Tutor conversations, and messages.
• Wallet, credit lots, balance, credit ledger, and purchase identifiers and payloads stored by ApredIA.
• Content, documents, and images directly associated with a creator account.

External Apple and Google records

Apple App Store and Google Play process purchases and keep their own receipts, transactions, and account records under their policies and obligations. ApredIA does not control those external records and cannot delete them from the app.

Deleting the ApredIA account does not automatically cancel or refund an Apple or Google purchase. Manage a refund or store data directly with the applicable store.

Before deleting

Deletion is irreversible. You will lose access to credit balances, unlocked exams, chat history, and creator features.

If you used Apple, Google, or Facebook to sign in, you may also revoke ApredIA access in that provider’s settings.

If you no longer have access to the account email, contact [email protected] and explain the situation. Never send passwords or verification codes.
