1. The program is being prepared
ApredIA is not accepting public creator applications at this time. The program and its schedule may change, pause, or not continue before launch.
The app and Studio are in development. We may change, pause, or decide not to continue the program, features, or schedule before launch.
2. Invitations and available preparations
Studio is invite-only. If we invite you, you may choose among available exam targets and create your own preparation. An invitation does not guarantee target availability, publication, or continued participation.
Authorized creators may prepare content and submit it for review. ApredIA controls review, approval, publication, unpublication, and archival; content must not be represented as approved or published until ApredIA confirms it.
3. Rights, content, and a separate agreement
An invitation does not grant ApredIA a license to a creator’s portfolio or transfer intellectual-property rights. Before an assignment or content delivery, ApredIA and the creator must separately agree on rights, permissions, license, attribution, confidentiality, quality requirements, and any other applicable terms.
When delivering content, a creator must hold the rights, permissions, and consents needed to use it and to grant the agreed license.
4. Unlock attribution
When a student unlocks a preparation with credits, ApredIA records its owner at that time as a historical fact. Earlier records do not change if future ownership changes.
Paid unlocks create an earnings record under the current terms and the creator’s separate written agreement.
5. Financial features not available to creators
- No in-product calculation of earnings, royalties, or commissions.
- No multi-author split, content weighting, or creator balance.
- No earnings dashboard, tax handling, automated transfer, or automated refund allocation.
- AI Tutor use does not create payment attribution for creators.
6. Earnings and settlement
Each paid unlock creates an earning for the owner equal to 30% of attributable estimated net proceeds. ApredIA finalizes settlements and records payouts manually; invoicing, taxes, adjustments, and other applicable terms are also governed by the creator’s written agreement.
7. Changes and contact
