Creator program

Creator Terms

ApredIA has not launched yet. These terms explain what applying to the creator-interest list means—and what the MVP creator model does not promise.

1. The interest list is not an account or contract

The public form collects your interest so ApredIA can evaluate possible future invitations. It does not create a Studio account, exam assignment, employment relationship, services relationship, or obligation for ApredIA to contact you.

The app and Studio are in development. We may change, pause, or decide not to continue the program, features, or schedule before launch.

2. Invitations and assigned work

Studio is invite-only. If we invite you, your authorization will be limited to exams assigned by ApredIA. An invitation does not guarantee future assignments, publication, or continued participation.

Assigned creators may prepare content and submit it for review. ApredIA controls review, approval, publication, unpublication, and archival; content must not be represented as approved or published until ApredIA confirms it.

3. Rights, content, and a separate agreement

Applying does not grant ApredIA a license to your portfolio or transfer intellectual-property rights. Before an assignment or content delivery, ApredIA and the creator must separately agree on rights, permissions, license, attribution, confidentiality, quality requirements, and any other applicable terms.

When delivering content, a creator must hold the rights, permissions, and consents needed to use it and to grant the agreed license.

4. Unlock attribution

When a student unlocks an exam with credits, the MVP records the main creator assigned to that exam at that time as a historical fact. Reassignment affects only future attributions.

This attribution fact is not a royalty formula, commission, revenue split, or payment promise.

5. Referral-code attribution

Only a main creator of an exam may be eligible for an ApredIA-configured referral code. When active, a code may enable a 10% or 20% discount on a student’s credit-package purchase; it does not change an exam’s price or access duration.

Valid use of the code is recorded as an independent attribution fact. It grants no credits, trials, or direct access and is not a commission or payment to the creator. Collaborators do not receive referral codes or referral attribution in the MVP.

6. Monetization the MVP does not provide

  • No in-product calculation of earnings, royalties, or commissions.
  • No multi-author split, content weighting, or creator balance.
  • No earnings dashboard, tax handling, automated transfer, or automated refund allocation.
  • AI Tutor use does not create payment attribution for creators.

7. Compensation outside the product

Any compensation, settlement schedule, invoicing, taxes, refunds, adjustments, or commercial terms will be defined only in a separate written agreement. Do not treat the interest list, an invitation, an attribution record, or use of a code as a payment promise.

8. Application data

We use the name, email, subject area, experience, and sample link you submit to review your interest and contact you about potential future invitations. See the Privacy Policy for data handling and how to request deletion.

9. Changes and contact

We may update these terms while we define the program. If you are invited, the terms applicable to your collaboration will be presented before you begin. For questions about the list or these terms, contact [email protected].
