You can delete your Apredia account (developed by Aqtisoft) at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
From the app
- Open Apredia and sign in.
- Go to Profile → Account & security → Delete account.
- Type DELETE to confirm and tap Delete account.
Deletion is immediate. If you signed in with Apple on an iPhone, the app asks you to confirm with your Apple ID so the Apple authorization is revoked too.
By email
You do not need to install the app. Write to [email protected] from the email linked to your account with the subject “Delete my account”. We may ask for additional information to confirm you are the account holder. We complete the request within 30 days at most and confirm by email when it is done.
What is deleted
- Your sign-in and identity data, such as your email address.
- Your access to all exams and your credit balance.
- The text of your Tutor AI conversations.
Study progress stored on your device is removed when you uninstall the app or clear its data. Providers that process data on our behalf stop receiving data from your account; see the Privacy policy for what each one keeps.
What is retained
- Financial records of purchases, refunds, and credit activity, de-identified, for at least three months, and longer when required by legal, tax, app-store, refund, chargeback, or dispute obligations.
- Product history with no data that identifies you.
- An irreversible value (keyed hash) of your sign-in identity, used only to prevent the welcome bonus from being claimed again.
Apredia has no subscriptions, so there is nothing to cancel before deleting your account. Credit purchases made on the App Store or Google Play remain subject to those stores’ policies; deleting your account does not refund payments already made or any remaining credit balance.
